Get to Know Me

Just a few years back, Real Estate wasn't even in Jason Jardine's periphery. Jason, aka: The ClearStōn Cowboy, a 7-time Ironman Triathlon finisher and marathoner, was engrossed in his Forensic Science career, helping put criminals behind bars while simultaneously absorbed in his son's rigorous travel baseball schedule.

Today, after a 25-year career in Crime Scene and Latent Fingerprints (think CSI), Jason has seamlessly traded in his lab coat and magnifying glass for Open House signs and an MLS subscription.

He is passionate about people, relationships, and making the home buying and selling experience a personal and enjoyable experience.

Jason is married to Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator, Business Owner, and dedicated Mother, Irina Jardine. They reside in Coral Springs, Florida, with their Son, kitties, a rabbit, a snake, and a gecko. Together they live to travel, camp, kayak, run, while working as a Real Estate team that strives to always under-promise and over-deliver for our customers every step of the Real Estate buying and selling process.

We recognize that Real Estate is a transactional experience for all involved, but that doesn't mean we have to treat PEOPLE as a transaction. We commit ourselves to our customers as if they were family. When all the signatures have dried and the deeds have been exchanged, many of our customers have become our friends with whom we share holidays, and we take great pride in this. Who says you can't do Real Estate with love?
